Order Shipping Processing
Delivery method: JNK series products use environmentally friendly high-grade heat-insulated cartons for quick freezing and extremely fast express delivery, so as to ensure the safety and peace of mind of customers.
. Customers are asked to consume the product immediately upon receipt, or store it in the freezer (0 degrees Fahrenheit) of the refrigerator.
If the product received is damaged or deteriorated (this product is characterized by pouch expansion), please contact us immediately after confirming the situation, we will re-order or replace it for you.
Shipping service area: Currently, EMS service supports all areas in the United States, but currently does not support Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping Time and Order Delivery Instructions: After we receive your purchase order, it will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Every Monday to Wednesday is our designated delivery time. Public holidays will be postponed. In order to ensure the quality of the goods, we strongly recommend that customers place orders every weekend or week/Monday/Tuesday to reduce the waiting time for order delivery.
Choose self-pickup, currently the two warehouses are in CA and GA warehouses, and the warehouse pick-up time is from Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Please note the pickup time when placing an order. The cut-off time is 12:00 midnight, and the order after 12:00 will be delayed by one day for packing
The site will not be able to bear the responsibility for delayed delivery due to the delay or inability to deliver the order due to the following circumstances:
1. If your order is out of stock, the delivery of the order may be delayed.
2. The customer provides wrong information and not detailed address.
3. The cost and related consequences of repeated delivery caused by the delivery of the goods without a sign for them.
4. Force majeure, such as: natural disasters, traffic martial law, political factors, regional demonstrations or strikes, etc.
Out of stock handling
If any product in your order is out of stock, we may temporarily cancel your order, or cancel the out-of-stock items in your order. We will send a reminder email and refund the difference.
verify delivery
Please verify your order information - name, delivery address (zip code, city, country), billing address, etc. when confirming the order. If your order information is wrong, it will delay the progress of your order. I hope you will contact our customer service in time.

Standard order shipping costs $15, free shipping on orders over $69.
Special Note
1. If you modify the address before the order is shipped, we will not charge you
. 2. To change the delivery address during the order delivery process, we can try to help the customer apply to the distributor to modify the address. If the modification is successful, a modification fee of $17.00 will be charged; if the modification is unsuccessful, it will not be charged
3. We are very sorry that we cannot ship to FPO, APO or PO Box addresses, all orders filled with incorrect addresses will be automatically canceled or returned.
