I have placed an order, can I add new items?
Confirmed orders cannot add/delete/modify product content. Need to cancel the delivery order and place a new order.

Can I exchange out-of-stock items for other items? (when reissuing)
The reissued order will directly generate a new order based on the products in the original order. If any product is out of stock, the system will directly refund the out-of-stock product and cannot replace it with other products for you.

Can the refund be credited back to the non-paying account?
